Casey brings more than 20 years of experience in the intellectual property and technology transactions practice areas. His extensive experience includes 10 years in Silicon Valley, and 10 years in Washington, D.C. and New York City as both in-house counsel to major technology companies and in private practice at large law firms. Joseph W. Tillson is a Certified Specialist in Probate, Estate Planning and Trust Law by the State of California. Mr. Tillson works from our South Lake Tahoe office and brings more than 25 years of experience to Porter Simon. Dennis W. De Cuir brings more than 35 years of experience in the litigation and public law practice areas. His experience includes water and power development projects, power project construction and financing issues, utility franchise, certificate and competitive challenges, and ad valorem property taxation litigation.
