In accordance with the global effort to combat COVID-19, a majority of our office staff and all attorneys are working remotely, without interruption. Rest assured that Porter Simon remains dedicated to delivering the highest quality legal services and will continue to serve our clients and others in compliance with all governmental mandates. Since we store documents electronically, our team can remotely access all file materials, court dockets, documents, and related information on all matters we are handling.

All our attorneys are available during business hours by phone to our central number 530-587-2002. Your call will be routed accordingly. Of course, email contact is ideal, as all attorneys and staff are set up for 100% coverage. We can also arrange for video conferencing.

Should you need to drop off documents, we have a secure document drop box at our Truckee office. Arrangements can also be made for physical document retrieval and delivery at our Truckee, Tahoe City or Reno offices, upon your telephone request.

There are several changes occurring in various jurisdictions which we are closely monitoring and evaluating for those litigation matters we have pending. We will continue to evaluate our business practices as the local, regional, and national situation evolves.
